By using Pagewise (the Chrome extension and pagewise.dev) you agree to these terms.
Service
Pagewise provides AI-assisted answers about web pages you choose to analyze. Usage is limited by your plan. Day passes expire 24 hours after purchase. Monthly plans renew until cancelled.
Acceptable use
You may not abuse the service, attempt to bypass plan limits, reverse-engineer our APIs, or use Pagewise for unlawful activity.
Academic integrity and no condoning of cheating
Pagewise does not condone cheating, academic dishonesty, exam misconduct, or any use that violates a school, university, employer, or platform policy. Features such as study support, agent fill, and hidden mode are tools you control. Using them to break rules is solely your choice and your risk.
You are solely responsible for how you use Pagewise and for complying with all applicable academic integrity policies, exam rules, honor codes, workplace policies, and laws. If your institution forbids AI assistance on an assignment or test, do not use Pagewise for that work.
Your responsibility; our non-liability for use
Pagewise and its operators are not responsible for your use (or misuse) of the products, including any consequences that follow: failed grades, disciplinary action, account bans, lost work, or other outcomes. You use Pagewise at your own risk. We do not monitor every prompt or guarantee that your use is allowed in your context.
Payments
Purchases are processed by Stripe. Refunds are handled case-by-case for unused day passes within 24 hours of purchase when no usage occurred.
Disclaimer
Answers may be incorrect. Pagewise is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or that outputs will meet academic or professional requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 30 days. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
